Wrong drain hose on new washing machine.

good afternoon all,

Right they maybe some simple solution to this but my new washing machine has turned up with a different drain hose than the one I removed. Is there an adapter or something or do I need to replace the whole thing? I had a Bosch and replaced it with a Bosch.

The spout is part of the trap not the w m/c.
Why not use the existing one.

I took the kids of the new machine but didn't want to force anything until I asked. Would that part from Screwfix work?

The 'old one' should simply be pushed into the end of the hose on the old machine, and possibly secured with a jubilee clip. Nothing more to it!
