thats why i have stepped to one side on this one still confused
Think I will too. Not really my dept but had similar situation with my own a few years back.
Mr Helpful... yes thats exactly it! The old upvc items were all totally wrong, woring size vents, installed wrong. Maybe there was confusion when we discussed the job, but I would have thought common sense would have prevailed, maybe that was expecting too much. Not good, but I really dont like them. I'll speak to the installers today and see what happens.
So ........... unless I'm missing something you instructed the fitters that the new windows must match the 'original windows'. But you actually meant match the rest of your neighbours windows not the ones in your house he was replacing?

Unfortunately, in my experience, common sense and window salesmen (not fitters) don't work in the same sentence. (Wait for the response to that one!!
