Hi, my Wylex MCB has been in place now for about three years and i have carried out no maintenence yet - do i need to re-tighten any screws etc..? what does the manufacturers handbook say about maintenance, i have lost my copy

yes i meant the CU, I have heard that the screws can loosen themselves off, i wondered if the manufacturers state a maintenance program in their handbook
Not AFAIK but it is always a good idea to check them. Switch off the main isolator first of course.
If it has RCD protection then it should have a test switch which should be checked every 3 months.In which case there should also be a notice on the front of the CU to this effect.
