hi everyone i was wondering if you could help me on this.
My xbox 360 scrathes my discs and makes them un-readable and the other problem is that my Gears of War game has no scratches on it but doesn't work

Its broken, phone Microsoft and they'll pick it up and deliver it or another repaired one back to you in a week or so. You'll need to register it first though I expect you could do this on the phone, or you could just do the lot online. http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/support/register-repair.htm
