Xc90 child lock and unlocking

Anyone know how to unlock manual child safety locks on 2004 model ( it also has switch operated child lock which locks all doors ) just need to be able to open rear doors from inside.
Can’t find anything in manual for solution.

Have read but makes no sense and no clear description of what’s broken and needs repair .

Here's how to take the door card off:

Basically (in his case), the door handle cable (where it clips into the inner handle), has lost a lug and become loose.
The bands he uses in the picture just hold it back in place.
