Yale control panel-based alarm system

alarm called hsa6060. The alarm was set off accidentally
Tried to re-set it but the panel just flashes ALARM and will not re-set. I can still set it with the remote but not with the panel button. I have tried the Pr button etc but nothing happens. Any help appreciated please
