Yale EF alarm not setting correctly

I have a Yale EF alarm which has been working fine for at least four years. However, we now have a problem, the alarm sets even when we have doors open which have sensors on them. When we return home, the entry countdown doesn’t begin, the display says Alarm on although alarm doesn’t go off if we open any doors or try to activate the PIR. Key fob doesn’t turn the alarm off, need to turn it off on the keypad. Nothing’s been changed, just randomly started doing this.
