Yale HSA6400 stuck on 'Alarm, Alarm...'

I have HSA6400 installed, and triggered it. When I pressed the button to deactivate I entered the pin but even so it now continuously displays 'Alarm, Alarm ...' and I can't deactivate it. I tried following the instructions, but can't get it to stop flashing 'Alarm, Alarm ...'

Can someone please tell me how I can resolve this without removing the battery or power supply (this is built into my wall)?

If it is not responding to the reset procedure then you may have to power down and reboot or just use this

I
