One of the door contacts on my Yale Smart Sync alarm system keeps saying 'tamper alert' and beeping. I have tried changing the batteries and removing the device from the system and reinstalling it but it is still saying there is a tamper alert. How do I fix this?

you need to make sure when you take battery out that the unit that is fully powered down, with battery press and release the tamper spring several times before putting new battery in and make sure unit is secured.
