Guys if you ever need to send anything, don't use these robbing, theiving *******s!
Sent a parcel on the 4/3 next day, still not arrived, current tracking can't find it, no one to speak too, Yodel won't help.

Bunch of ****s

Sorry mods, it's only plumbing related in what was in the parcel.

I caught a driver doing a wee at the side of my house, I had it on camera. I complained to the area manager who asked me to send me the video. I made him change the drivers route as not to deliver in my road. I told the manager if he wants to see it then I will post it on You Tube.

He promised that the driver would be put on a different route as long as I didn't post it on the internet.

Hahahahaha.

I was very pleased that City Link have ceased trading!

they were one of the worst courier firms. I even saw one of their staff attacking a customer who having waited 25 minutes for no one to come to the counter then wandered round the back to find his parcel himself.

But then came Yodel.

Last month had their driver visit THREE times and left a card every visit. But there was someone at home on all three occasions! I had to go six miles to their depot to collect the parcel myself. Unusually the guy at the depot was quite polite and helpful!

What I can say is that they used to be even worse!

A friend of mine used to work for a delivery company (can't remember which one, but I suspect it's not unusual practice). He told me that one trick that some more time served drivers showed him was to spend 20 minutes or so writing out a few cards before they even set off since it was quicker for them to shove one through the letter box than to even bother trying to deliver the parcel.

In that way, they could get through their quota for the day without having to go through the rigmarole of actually doing their jobs.

Best excuse for a late delivery

I was stopped by the police for speeding and that held me up

No doubt the route could not be completed in the allocated time without breaking speed limits. Which is down to bad route planning at the office as much as bad driving standards.

had one delivery driver thoroughly rogered by his boss for mis delivering a parcel. . Claiming that I had signed for it despite no one being home. . They even had a system for taking a picture of the door.

They emailed me a picture of someone else's house.

Now that is some kind of dumb.
