You gotta larf - Trump, meeting KC

Apparently it raised a few eyebrows (only a few cause I image a LOT of them will be botoxed in that room!) as it's not usually protocol to divulge stuff they've discussed in private. Although this protocol has been broken in the past.

Well so far it's gone quite well, probably a lot better than expected. I expect some clarification about Charles not wanting Iran to have a nuke, my guess is that Charlie said something like he doesn't want to see nuclear proliferation and Don's put his own slant on it.

No big deal.

'...the king, agrees with me, even more than I do..' Who writes his speeches?
quite possible

I doubt trump or even the King think Iran not having a nuclear weapon is more important than I do - it is only the far left Palestinian supporting nutcases that seem to think it is a good idea, and that is just cause they want to nuke Israel and probably Tottenham

Who is the only country that has used a Nuclear weapon, so far?
You are, I assume, quite content for them to continue having nuclear weapons?
What about the countries that have not signed the NPT? Are you comfortable with those countries continuing to produce nuclear weapons?
Why do you think it's OK for some countries to have the ultimate deterrent, but not others?

And filly put his own slant on Trump's comments. (ignoring the obvious two faux pas)

"Charles not wanting Iran to have a nuke" is presented as factual according to filly, then filly presents his guess as to what was actually said.
Your version makes it very clear that it was Trump's interpretation of what was said.

Charles' duty as King is to walk a diplomatic line at all times, so he's sticking to the governments position on this issue, as he does on any other.

Trump, on the other hand, cannot remember what he already said two minutes after he said it, so just makes it up as he goes along.

Charles is doing well, using English understatement and humour. Liked the joke about how if it wasn’t for us Americans would be speaking French. Proving you don’t have to be a facist to be patriotic
