3000 deaths, if true, is a remarkably low figure given the number of bombs dropped by Israel and the US and is a tribute to the precision of the US/Israeli military,. certainly lower than the potential 50,000 of it's own people the ICG have murdered on the streets over a three month period.

In Gaza, where the population density was one of the most densely populated areas in the world, well over 1000 people per Km² any bombs dropped would result in many civilian deaths.
If Israel, USA and you thought that a similar result would ensue from bombs dropped on Iran, where the population density is only 57 people per Km² you must be terribly disappointed.

On the first quote I used the word 'potential' to preface the number of casualties, on the second I added 'if true', like you I'm always wary of reported casualty figures, more so since Gaza.
