joe, can we not go to poland and get benifits, and if we are daft enough to give money away without proper checks, we diserve all we get, 
as for the black economy the way to stop that is if a employer needs a guy for just a week, a day or two to fill in for sick or holidays, they should be able to phone the job centre and say what kind of person is needed, and pay the going union rate to that person who would get extra dosh for work done or tax credits , when the cover period is over they should just sign back on without a big rigmoroll that is what stops people from taking short term jobs , if they dont take the work on offer the lose there benifits for those days work was available everyone's a winner
