.....to cut a long story short...my mate and his Dad had installed a new kitchen ring...

They couldn't be bothered to terminate the earth at the board so they snipped them instead!!!

No earth whatsoever in the kitchen!!!!!!

They couldn't understand what the problem was....

I had to laugh.......then I put it right ofcourse...

Wonder how they got a Zs reading or an R1+R2 value for the installation cirt submitted to building control.
Take it they informed LABC ? or was this pre January 05 work.
