Your Top Tips needed

OK, the boys have been and laid Karndean type vinyl flooring in the hosue, and very nice it looks too.

Now I need your top tip for getting the dishwasher, fridge and (heavy) washing machine slid into their under-counter slots in the kitchen, without scratching the new floor.

plywood sheet in front of hole, put washing machine ontop of this and then a bit of fairy liqiud under the feet as it slides under the unit.
