Youtube - video issue

Today, I'm finding that Youtube videos load a static picture, but then will not play.

Pc or phone?
Phone or tablet clear cache in app, If that doesn't work clear the YouTube app storage storage but you will need to login again as that clears it all.

On pc clear the browser cache..

Does it do it on your phone, when on the WiFi? What about if you turn off WiFi and go to cellular?

Laptop! I have done nothing at all, and Youtube works absolutely fine this morning.
