'Z' strip adhesive.

I have attached images of an example of a section of 'Z' strip I am going to use connecting wooden flooring and carpet, the carpet is on a concrete floor. Is there a particularly good adhesive I could use on the concrete to fix the strip?

The strip I'm replacing was fixed using adhesive: like a paste. No screws.

I have seen carpet fitters use the green (solvent based) GripFill.

But it needs to set overnight. I have never seen them prime the concrete first.

You can use any type of gripfill, we use flexy fix.
