Zanusi Washer Dryer E20 error?

Hi, my ZWD1471s washer dryer will no longer dry clothes, after a minute it stops with error E20 as if its full of waste water and the drainer needs emptying. However I have drained all of the water out of it and then when I turn it on again it gets error E20 - and the drainer is full of waste water again? Any advised appreciated.
 
When you say you have to empty the drainer what do you mean? The "dryer" part of a washer/dryer does not function in exactly the same same way as a regular condenser dryer. Please add the PNC number if you post again (on the door sticker).
