Theres no spin or agitation on any cycle , bearings have just been replaced, drum spins freely by hand, cant hear motor spinning . Brushes seem to be in contact with the commutator...Stumped..Any ideas ?

Check wiring loom for damage or loose connections, brushes need to have a min of 10 to 15mm left even then if the spring has got worn it will not apply enough pressure to get a proper contact to the commutator.
