Thats what it says on the front of the machine. Problem started when machine wouldn't drain or spin, yes i know, we eventually got the filter off, ooh yuck!!!! all done nice and clean, put filter back in, and it's started leaking slightly from the filter?? Does it need a new one? Can you get a new one? Or is it just a seal?????

Could just be that there is grit & grime around the face of the seal & sealing lip. Give both a good clean & smear a little vaseline or a drop or two of oil around the seal & screw it back in tight.

Thanks for that, just realised this morning, it could be worse than we first thought!!! It's not draining either now! Loads of water in the drum, and it's not spinning as good. Think it's time to get a new machine :(

It won't spin properly if there is water left in the drum. The most likely causes for failure to drain is a defective pump, drain hose blocked/constricted or a blockage in the sump hose.
