My Zanussi has stopped draining. It progresses through a cycle, comes to the drain and starts whirring then eventually gives up or doesnt seem to drain the water.
I have removed the water by draining this from the overflow pipe and then cleaning the pump. I then tried running another wash and the same thing happened again.
Is there anything else I could try. A friend has advised draining the machine again and taking off the back to see if the pump is working or is blocked when it comes to the draining of the machine.
Anyone know if this is a pump failure problem or it theres a problem maybe with the cycle not completing? any help appreciated.
