Zanussi Aquacycle no longer dispenses softener

Hi,
does anyone have any ideas what tor try next with my zanussi aquacycle washer? i have had it almost 3 yrs now and it suddenly no longer wants to add softener to any wash! i have cleaned inside the drawer and removed the drawer and sprayed bleach inside to try and remove any black scummy bits, tried the good old boil wash and nothing seems to work ideas??

Did you remove the syphon chamber in the softener section of the drawer and clean inside all the parts there.
Did you scrub out the jets inside the dispensor holder
Other than those check the fill valve
