zanussi tds 383w dryer problems..noisy

my dryer made some screeching noise like metal rubbing..now the nose is less but still sounded like something is rubbing or metals need oiling

is it still safe to dry my damp clothes..am I demaging it but continuing to use it?

I have manage to remove the top but cannot see anything..how do I get to open the back to see whether the belt or rollers/pulleys mech could be causing the problems..and maybe see if they need replacing or oil..

any ideas please
