zanussi zdf290 timer constantly buzzing

Chaps,

Just wondering if you can help - we have an integrated zdf 290 oven that the timer constantly buzzes. We never use the timer so would be happy just bypassing it completely but I am quite a novice with all that stuff but I'm happy to carry out the work with instructions etc so I googled and came up with the following link:

Now I can't figure out which part will just bypass the timer? Does anyone have any clues on what to do or done it before?
