I wish to change a light bulb with a similar lumin output. So, BAS, what regs should I refer to and what advice regarding background reading do you give?

Bump - you will all be pleased to hear that I have finally been given permission by the LABC and planning department to employ an electrician to change this bulb.

But do check before he starts that he has all his certs, relevant insurance and completes a full RA and dons full PPE before he starts work.

And does the forest count as a safe zone?
