Help with a boiler recommendation pls

Mornin all

My brother has been recommended a combi boiler for his place, all i know is it's name begins with 'B' and that it shares all it's parts with a Worcester Bosch- according to the plumber........it's most likely some obscure European manufacturer.

I've been told it's not a Biasi or Baxi..........i think he might be full of **** + is only pushing it cos he can get a good deal on them.

Quote is at £1800 for supply + fit. I'm sure you can get a Vaillant or Bosch for that much

Good call DD/WS but I don't think Buderus share any parts with Worcester (though Bosch Group). However Euro Bosch brands ELM Leblanc and Junkers are identical to Worcester's though don't believe to be available in the UK and they don't start with a B. OP best ask your installer again or we can play Blankety Blank all day.
