Is that the same as "I didn’t come second in that race, I won but someone else ran faster?"
A fudge-ton of their people have rapidly risen from "dirt-poor", to "not-so-dirt-poor".
Not a situation I, nor my kids, are envious of.

Chinese people are going through the same worker exploitation that the British did in the 1800sA fudge-ton of their people have rapidly risen from "dirt-poor", to "not-so-dirt-poor".

Thank you for your suggestions - I don’t know what I’d do without them.NO
I suggest you use your brain and think about this stuff a bit more
I see what you did there.Reshoring makes a lot of sense, covid taught the West how much we rely on supply chains.
Reshoring needs to grow because climate change means we need less transport not more.
Reshoring would be easier if we were an EU member.
Imagine the opportunities of a British company having a frictionless market of £19 trillion instead of £2.8 trillion. U.K. has a relatively low regulatory environment so multinational companies often chose U.K. to set up their European operation…..until brexit.
As an EU member we also had the benefit of EU highly skilled managers, IT specialists and engineers who worked here and helped create the high tech environment needed to compete with China.
In fact back when we joined the EEC, we were uncompetitive and we lost work as suppliers sought better and cheaper from Europe……it forced U.K. businesses to become more competitive and our industry caught up.
Brexit supporters are the ones that get off on bringing the U.K. down
They voted for Johnsons Brexit deal which put a border inside the United Kingdom
So what was it that finally gave you a 'jab' in the right direction? In 2016 I voted for Brexit, sadly I was uninformed at the time and voted though ignorance
You mean those that lead a collective cheer when the idiot was booted out of Parliament, once they realised what a fúck-up Brexit was and that Boris was indeed, a scumbag liar? You need to get your timeline right first Mottie.Where were all those Brexit regretters and fired up students that were expected to boot Boris out?
Where were all those Brexit regretters and fired up students that were expected to boot Boris out?
Yeah, those. Where were they when it would have counted? You mean those that lead a collective cheer when the idiot was booted out of Parliament
What about those wishing death on Northeners, Brexxers, Essex people, anyone that doesn’t agree with them, anyone that didn’t go to university, conservatives, those that took the jab, parents who they hate because they voted differently to them……?Make no mistake...
An expressed wish to kill an MP by a millionaire donor or a thug doing the same with a scaffold pole is in reality no different!
Why are Brexit supporters so desperate to forget Brexit.. Get over it.
Getting ready to vote in the next election.Yeah, those. Where were they when it would have counted?

No rush then?Getting ready to vote in the next election.
Notch I'm the same as you. I would rather be in the EU and if I had a vote again I would vote to stay. Why are Brexit supporters so desperate to forget Brexit.
“Get over it”
“Move on”
They scream
Why?
Because it’s done and dusted. Sqweeming and sqweeming until you are sick won’t make a blind bit of difference. Why are Brexit supporters so desperate to forget Brexit.
