Hi, I have some walls that are constructed with 'Stramit' type straw filled partitions, i.e. there is straw sandwiched between two rigid layers of plaster. I need to put some electrics in the wall for lighting and av. Could someone advise the best way to patch up after I have cut out the chases and put the trunking in the wall ?

All help appreciated as I am a complete novice at this.

if i remember right, stramit boards have trunking channels or tunnels set into the board.

Thanks, I am not sure that they are Stramit, just that they are of that construction. If there were channels in the boards, how would I go about locating them ?
