Weeper Holes

Where do i locate weeper holes? have been told to make sure they are clear.

Weep holes are pushed through the mortar bed at top ridges on
all concrete tiles or cut terracotta tiles. Weep holes are placed one
per tile pan. Hope this helps.

Are you talking about the weep holes in the brickwork, such as those found over the top of window and door frames?
