Is it allowable to put a programmable room thermostat in a bathroom - preferably wired?
Still a problem, since the only such place in my bathroom is ..... directly over the rad![]()

Well you are stuffed then because the stat should not be positioned over the rad.
zone 0 is where the water can fill up to if you block the plug.. ( ie the area inside the bath or shower tray )
for shower rooms without a shower tray ( ie wet rooms or "roll in" showers ) then zone 0 is the same area as zone 1, but only 10mm high from the base of the shower area..
