Consultation would have been a better option as he will now have to undo this.

24 KW will run a pretty poor shower on a cold winters day or take a bloody long time to fill a bath. Performance costs and like I said this is the bottom of the range boiler, better than some (such as Heatline, Ferrolli, etc) but nothing impressive by any means.
