Good man DIA, seems you n bengas think differentlyI like the magnaclean idea (anything loose gets caught by that)........................so a powerflush isn't obligatory with a boiler change then?

If you're not fitting a magnaclean perhaps I would change my mind, if it was an existing system, but they really are as good as.

Superb, nice one Kev n DIA, I don't flush, buy a magnaclean and keep £300+ in me back pocket...........I'm coming over all emotional, thank the lord for Magnacleans
I fitted a new boiler up me club, you wouldn't believe how black the water was
I had to wash the magnaclean out half a dozen times the first day, then every day for a week, and now the water has a slight brown tinge to it.
I'm thinking I may even put some fernox in it now. Although I much prefer Sentinel, I have a bottle of MB something.
You would have spent less time if you had just given it a power flush!
Didn't you flush it through with mains water first? Doing that through every rad in turn gets it pretty clean.
