how easy is it to fit an external EV do you have to dissconect old one according to a seizing guide i will require 18lt for 32000btu is this correct

105e uses a 12l vessel I believe (check on baxi partsarena). Should be adequate but you may want to check system volume if you have concerns.
If your filling loop isnt connected to them, you can use the isolation taps on blr return to connect a 1/2"x3/4" flexible connector to to save teeing into pipework.
Are you sure your air gap in old vessel isn't just depleted as normal 105 isn't prone to failure. If its an instant however....

In reality, anything over 10 litres will do the job for you; just plonk it somewhere out of the way and preferably on the return pipe.

?
No. Just T into boiler return as near to pump as possible. I use a flexi connector and never have a problem.

Flexi connector is not really a good idea as it is well possible that the temperature goes up to around 80 degrees. Flex connectors are for taps, not for ch.

They come with flexis in the box!

Those are ok of course, but most flex connectors are not. I have never had a universal ev that came with a flex.
