They look very similar to chint.
Consumer units are not usually normal DIN rail, the spacings,mountings etc differ between manufacturers.
You have to remember that if you place another make of MCB, RCBO etc into a consumer unit (unless it has been specifically made for it) it will no longer be fully type tested.
 
They look like absolute junk to me.

The description page is full of spelling errors, there is nothing to say what standards (if any) they are designed, made or tested to, and it states they are for 220 volts.

It did appear to be a "bargain" !!!

I cam across a converter plug the other day, to enable a continental schuko plug to be used in a BS1363 outlet, that bore some kind of easten brand name (cant remember it, it was hard to pronounce :P) , it did not appear to contain a fuse (or if it did, it was not evident and not user replaceable), looking closer it was also marked with not only a CE mark, but the letters "PAT" so clearly not understanding what they are trying to claim compliance with :lol:
