Replacing dimmer switch....

I am wanting to replace my dimmer switch with a normal one way switch. I have 3 wires, 2 red and a earth.....
Where do i wire these in the new switch?????

Its an old dimmer and a new (none dimming) switch. Isn't it?

If so, one red into C and the other red into L1

No need for sarcasm. There was a hint of sarcasm in my post though Its just that certain members of the forum have spent a lot of time on the wiki, gathering diagrams and information, for the very purpose of showing them in forum posts.
