I purchased this set of tools at a local Goodwill store and I have no idea what they are for, can anyone help me?

I will let you know, I only payed a couple bucks for them and I'm putting them on several sites to try and find out what there for

Could you say what is stamped on them please? I can see something but cannot quite make it out.
