No, but is it worth calibrating?

There's some question about its measurement of Fault Loop Resistance without tripping RCDs having only a resolution of 1 Ohm.

Not really relevant, the value can be calculated from other measurements which you will already have taken anyway.
Where the value can be measured directly, it is for confirmation of something that is already known. In many circumstances it is not desirable or even possible to measure it.

it should be calibrated to ensure the readings you are getting are accurate though.
