I had a clear out of my garage today and decided to burn all the stuff I did not need including plastic . You can imagine the black smoke that was being created and my stupid neighbour decided to hang some washing out.

Half an hr later he decides to start ranting and calling me names but I politely did point out that he put his washing out on the line a good hour after I had lit the fire!

Burning plastic, is certainly anti-social behaviour, it liberates all kinds of toxins, no wonder the neighbour had a go, it was you not he, who was being stupid.

Bonfires are permitted in Wolverhampton, but only if they do not cause a nuisance or in the case of industrial or trade premises do not emit 'dark smoke'.

I ate enough smoke to last me a lifetime today! Not really a good idea to burn a UPVC window frame!
