Wonder if he priced for using next doors soil pipe. Probably been puffing on large cigars for the last few days.

As said , doesn't look to be any air break on that condensate, so when your soil pipe backs up into their boiler who will be expected to foot the bill ?

Excatky that I have spoken to my neighbour and they have messaged them going to sort it out tomorrow. Said why didn't I mention something yesterday well I sort of did.
