Past Feeling Hungry?

Take it from the atheletes who eat 8-10 thousand calories a day and still are healthy.
Ah but are they? how many times do you here of them suffering from a virus etc.

This is interesting!
3 meals a day, carbs in the morning/dinner and three snacks mid meals, suchs as fruits, to increase sugar levels and dietary fibres.
Nice bit of protein with green veg for your evening meal.
So eating is spaced out about every three hours from waking.
Plenty of water too, between 2 to 3.5 litres a day, again spaced out.
That will keep you in top form and regular.
As far as athletes are concerned they are more active and need more fuel, or they will lose body mass, also a muscular body will burn more calories.

I must have a really unhealthy diet, I can eat anything since childhood and not gain weight, the envy of my sisters lol and most women. I'm a bloke by the way.

But not eating is not good, esp if you can, as getting the burned out energy levels restored takes some doing......by the way athletes eat extremely well, eating is a big part of thier life and success, I dont think we can compare ourselves to athletes, but they do seem to get ill quick, must be something in the food

..not often. Less than average...just it makes news.
But because of their diets are they more or less suscepticle

this is true, as eating more exposes them more to possible food poisoning or illnesses related to eating

lol...
Only if they are REALLY crap cooks.

That is like saying gardeners are more likely to be hit by meteors..because they are outside.

I am not saying your way is wrong, I am saying that there is no 'right' way'...all these 'magic' cures do is muddy the water. Take it from the atheletes who eat 8-10 thousand calories a day and still are healthy.
The atheletes eat the some way I do but the difference is that they eat more mini meals & calories which mean they have to burn it off all day :!:

Eat Several, Proportioned Meals
Athletes eat all day long to maintain their energy levels (you won’t see them eat one huge meal in the hopes of having enough energy for the day).

Can you imagine what a 10000 calorie meal would look like?? Of course they spread it out. My point is that different people need different things.

It is not important what you eat, when you eat it or in how many portions as long as you equal it out with exercise.

The human body was not designed to constantly be eating...how would that work in cave man days?? You went without food for days at a time quite often.

it wasn't designed at all.. but creationism / evolution argument aside, that's exactly what it's "designed" for..
eating leaves, fruits and berries as you go along looking for someting to kill..

it's all the processed foods that are causing the trouble.. the refined sugars are far to easy for the body to convert to store..

I would say like most meat eaters we eat big meals and then rest.....we do get onto opinion based stuff here though ;)
