15A fuse in UK plug?

Just spotted this on eBay. Am I reading it wrong or is it intended for 13A plugs??

Looks like they are intended for 13A plugs.
They certainly won't be to BS1362 as that only goes up to 13A.

Could be onto a winner here - looks like £1.70 for two fuses is a good price in Italy...
