Read this story at the hospital today while waiting for the wife to be discharged, I could not believe that this mentally retarded women and her husband could be allowed to continue breeding for no other reason than it will bring them in more money.

Claimants should not receive an increase in their benefits for any child born after being on benefit for 12 months.
