British troops risk being infected with HIV as Taliban fighters are hiding contaminated needles with their bombs. Heroin syringes as well as razor blades are being buried in the ground by insurgents in Afghanistan so that they prick bomb squad experts. It is believed that the needles, used in Helmand province, are contaminated with hepatitis and HIV as the Taliban use increasingly 'despicable' tactics.

We shoudl stop risking british lives on these subhuman animals, pull out and nuke the place.

HIV is a very delicate virus so I doubt they'll contaminate many. Besides, don't they wear gloves? Anthrax would be a good revenge.

If the IED goes off while being defused, the bloke/woman defusing it will not get AIDS or anything else.

They will be dead.

Where did you get this info from?
Even if true, they have limited resources and have to improvise like the viet-cong did. What did you expect them to leave, after eight mints?

secondly why do you want to nuke innocent people that our troops are fighting for?

You have absolutley 'lost the plot', You are making it sound like our forces are there for nothing, total tosspot.

You would think someone who was in IT at the inception of the internet would know how to do a simple search on how long the virus lives outside of the body.

Good point, HIV is a blood to blood virus or pathogen. Outside the body the virus will only last minutes if not in a perfect temp state.

So if I let it sit in a glass for a while, and then make her drink it, that's safe sex?
