film name request

Can anyone remember seeing a film from the (early) 80's, where 2 schoolboys, (maybe 6th formers) are having a burger, and the one bets him a burger that he will start a business and become successful.
Basically the business is all built up on image, he goes for a test drvie in a car (garage owner driving) to another showroom with better cars, the 2nd garage owner thinks he's out with his driver and wants to upgrade,, it basically carries on along similar lines until he is found out, but has built up this bogus multi million pound business all from image.
It ends with him buying a pound burger for his mate
Seen it in my teens, and no one I ask seems to remember it.
I know I havent dreamt it lol

lol yeah, but it is a real film.
Probably wasnt a big hit seeing as its unknown by most.
But I thought it was brill when I was a youngster.
From what I remember...

I have tried putting details into google with no joy, and you cant really search imdb unless you know the title
