............lol....sorry...u did ask for something fresh and tasty before you edited your post!!......

i certainly did and i will most definatly keep that in mind lol though it might get a bit uncomfortable if they were late for dinner ;)

fresh and tasty :!: sounds like me, after I've had a few:cool:

Have you tried cooking Mexicano, lots of different dishes to chose from, then out with the Tequila some Margarita and a few Fuego Shooters and the nights a belter :p

if they were late.....you'd just skip starters and main.....and go straight for afters!!.... ;)

Egg and chips, and to make it 'extra special' two slices of value ham. I wouldn't even add an egg to be honest, it's enough in itself. ;)

Regards and Enjoy whatever you end up having !

Try this
The recipe is simple

Stuffed Camel

1 whole camel, medium size
1 whole lamb, large size
20 whole chickens, medium size
60 eggs
12 kilos rice
2 kilos pine nuts
2 kilos almonds
1 kilo pistachio nuts
110 gallons water
5 pounds black pepper
Salt to taste

Skin, trim and clean camel (once you get over the hump), lamb and chicken. Boil until tender. Cook rice until fluffy. Fry nuts until brown and mix with rice. Hard boil eggs and peel. Stuff cooked chickens with hard boiled eggs and rice. Stuff the cooked lamb with stuffed chickens. Add more rice. Stuff the camel with the stuffed lamb and add rest of rice. Broil over large charcoal pit until brown. Spread any remaining rice on large tray and place camel on top of rice. Decorate with boiled eggs and nuts. Serves friendly crowd of 80-100.

Don't under cook it though, and keep the rice moist with rose water.

If you're having the family for dinner, you will probably be quite full after eating the children. The rest should be blanched and then frozen.

When you have PBD round, you can defrost a couple of the adults, he has a bit of an appetite I have been told.

I didn't join to ask about cookery just thought i'd ask after seeing some of the topics and I came across diynot when I was looking for info about a diy issue hope this answers ur question and I never expected to get a sensible answer.
