Bit of a disagreement going on, I have highlighted a cause for concern re bathroom fittings, a new mirror has been fitted, well several actually, within zone 2 0.6 etc where there once was two little lamps the mirror which is back lit covers one the and both now have a blank over them and the supply is now out of a pattress box neither has an IP rated fitting am I being a little picky the mirror is above the basin

I was surprised the basin mirror was within 600mm of the bath or shower so I wanted to check

In which case

"Zone 2
Equipment to be IPX4 minimum, IPX5 if water jets are used for cleaning. Fixed permanently connected equipment allowed, the general requirements of the regulations apply to this part of the room, all items within the location must be suitable for where they are installed.
Only switchgear or accessories fed from a SELV source fitted, the source being outside the zones. A shaver socket with isolating transformer (BS EN 61558-2-5) may be fitted as long as it can't be affected by a direct spray."

Some photos would still help
