Duplicate posts

I'm noticing the following behaviour just recently:

1) Submit a post.

2) It appears not to work - stays on the post a reply page.

3) If you don't happen to notice the little "Done" in the task bar you hit Submit again.

4) It then gives the normal success message and returns to the topic where you find 2 copies of your post....

It could be happening when the site is under high load and the page isn't loading quick enough. Is it peak times this is happening?

Has anyone else experienced this behaviour?

Bas's posts often seem like duplicates to me.
