2 years ago and well within the guarantee period. I contacted Aquaseal Coatings regarding the paint peeling off my parents roof. They were told according to their literature that having the roof coated costs about 30% of having a new roof installed. they paid £2700 to have a 3 bedroom bungalow coated. numerous phone calls took place and 1 visit where it was agreed the roof needed re-doing. The workers were given several opportunities to turn up but failed to do so. Their after sales service is not existant. I wrote them a very strongly worded letter to which they didn't even reply. To save any further hassle my parents enquired about a completely new roof and suprise suprise it cost them £3200. Think carefully before you use this company and get a quote for a new roof aswell as a paint job that makes it look pretty for a short period of time.

Hi all I would just like to say I have been roofing for 17 year and it is not much more to have your roof replaced to renew a 14 meter by 8 meter roof it costs 1750 aquasheild will charge 1300 and from experiance I can tell you it mite look good but the chances are if your roof looks like it needs renewing then the laths and felt will be rotten and by spraying the tiles it will not fix the problem so I would not recommend it hope this helps

Yes as I use my own scaffold I don't have the hefty cost of paying for hire and erection and before anyone asks yes I have my scaffolding certificates if I am honest I make 900 profit witch I think is enough to make out of a job that only takes 2 and a half days three at the most

There is an immense difference between a new looking roof and a painted roof.
A newly tiled roof looks neat, new and is pleasant to look at.
A newly painted roof looks horrendous, has this washed out grossly mismatched paint and then simply gets worse as time gos on.
The people inside these homes must be embarrassed or blind.
