my drum is very loose it bangs like mad every time it spins it has torn the seal a bit too, is there an easy way of tightening it up? thanks i think its the bearings are they easy to fit?

loose broken dampers
loose broken springs
loose broken weights
transportation bolts not removed
machine trying to fast spin before the water level has dropped enough [part blockage slow emptying drum]
how old is the machine??
