Strength of a Conservatory floor

My plan is to keep a large fish tank in my Conservatory such as the one shown here: http://www.showkoi.co.uk/

The Conservatory floor is tiled and feels very solid under foot. I assume underneath the tiling is a layer of concrete but as I moved in after the Conservatory was built, and as I have no building experience, I don't really know what's underneath for sure.

Before I install the tank I need to make sure the floor is strong enough. Can anyone tell me what steps I have to make to find this out?

Which tank is it, there are a few different sizes?

Mines custom made and 2.7m in diameter - 1m deep.

The conservatory is a hexagon shape which is around 3.2m in diameter - so the tank will more or less cover the whole of the floor

You can't really be sure how thick a conny floor is unless you drill down.
They are not usually built with Regs.

Who would be able to do the drilling and also the maths to calculate whether or not the floor is strong enough? I assume a normal builder will not have the maths knowledge

I am guessing I may need a structural engineer - can anyone recommend one in the West Yorkshire area and has anybody any ideas how much it is likely to cost?

are you saying a normal builder would be able to give me the answer?

as i have already said [else where]without 2 holes inside and outside no one can give you an answer but approaching 3 tonnes is a lot off weight

another point
in winter the temperature will get very low possibly as low as 5 degrees in the conservatory

and iff you try and heat up the water it will be like an amazon rain forrest
